Do you offer local pickup of orders?
If you live in Perth Western Australia Blooming Mandala provide a free pick up service from Bertram or Atwell in order to save you shipping costs. During check out please select where you would like to pick up your order from. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with collection address and our contact details to arrange a time for collection. Please collect your order within a few days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, however during busy times this may take longer. Orders Containing Vinyl labels may take 5-7 days processing prior to shipping due to the custom made nature of the product. Orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia and time for delivery varies depending on your location, but in general orders should arrive within 4-10 days
Which shipping companies do you use?
The majority of our products are shipped through private couriers in order for us to get the most competitive rates and allow us to offer you flat rate shipping. If you live in a remote area or one our courier companies does not deliver to you, your parcel will likely be delivered via Australia Post.
Why do you have two flat rate delivery prices?
We offer two flat rate prices so we can keep delivery costs low for those customers purchasing small, light weight items only, such as vinyl decal labels and jewellery.
When can I select the $4 flat rate shipping option?
For the cheaper $4 extra small parcel option to apply the order must weigh less than 250g and be no thicker than 20mm, in effect it must fit in a C5 envelope or smaller. For example orders containing labels or jewellery only (up to 4 defusing necklaces/lanyards or equivalent). If you have a larger jewellery order, or your order contains items other than labels or jewellery the $12 shipping rate applies. This cheaper shipping option does not include tracking, if you require tracking on your parcel please select the $12 shipping option.
What happens if I make a mistake and select the wrong shipping option?
Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, its no biggy. If you have incorrectly selected the wrong shipping option we will contact you to make arrangements to rectify the mistake. This is generally done through a manual payment of the difference in cost between the two.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately we currently ship to Australia only at this time. However this may change in the future.
Why does it look like my order is packed using old newspapers, boxes and such?
Blooming Mandala endeavours to be as sustainable as possible. We use recycled cardboard boxes, recycled enviro padded satchels, and void fillers such as newspaper or recycled air pouches. As a result of this each order you receive from us may be packed differently. For more info on our sustainability practices please see our 'about us' page.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
We take care to pack orders with care for delivery, but occasionally accidents happen to the parcel on it's way to you. If you are unlucky enough that an item is damaged during shipping Blooming Mandala will arrange replacements at no cost to you. To allow us to expedite the process please send us pictures of the damaged goods and the outside of the packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Blooming Mandala loves happy customers. If there is a problem with any of your products please get in touch and we will sort it out in line with Australian consumer protection laws.
What should I do if the order I received is incorrect?
At Blooming Mandala we take utmost care when preparing orders for delivery, however we are human and mistakes are possible. If your order has arrived and is incorrect or missing items please contact us immediately through our contacts page or at email@example.com and we will sort it our for you ASAP. Please leave a valid contact number so we can call you if required to rectify the issue.
What if the labels I ordered are incorrect?
Blooming Mandala does not accept returns or offer refunds in the case of label mistakes made by the customer at the time of order, such as spelling mistakes. If we notice something we believe to be an error with your order we will endeavour to contact you prior to processing your order to double check, however as noted it is your responsibility to ensure everything is correct before processing. If the mistake was made by Blooming Mandala we will make and ship you new labels free of charge, along with our most sincerest apologies.
What if I change my mind or don't like the products once I receive my order?
Blooming Mandala does not accept returns or offer refunds due to change of mind. Before submitting your order please make sure you read all descriptions, view all of the images provided and proof read any typed information.
